Do your roles provide holiday pay?
Yes, all of our positions offer holiday pay. For temporary roles, you will benefit from the pay as you earn (PAYE) system, which includes accrued holiday pay based on the hours you work.
How old do I need to be for a driver role?
To be eligible for a driver role, you will need to be over 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s licence. The specific licence category (Cat C, PSV, etc) will require you to have held it for at least 12 months for insurance purposes.
We also require you to have a clean driving record, free of any disqualifying offences.
Can you help me at short notice?
We would be more than happy to! On-Demand People offer a wide range of positions with immediate or short-notice start dates. Even if you don’t see a perfect match on our current lists, go ahead and submit your CV – We’re always on the lookout for qualified candidates with a can-do attitude.
How soon can I start a job?
The start date for a position will depend on the specific role and the required pre-employment checks. Once you’ve applied and completed any necessary checks, one of our team will be in touch to discuss the start date and work hours associated with the role.
